Staff Training

Erasmus - unrepeatable occasion

to widen  your knowledge!

Erasmus Programme brings opportunities to gain experience and knowledge not only by teaching staff but also by other staff from higher education institutions.

Thanks to Erasmus, faculty and other university staff may go abroad to receive training in partner institution/enterprises/organisation and acquire practical skills relevant for their current job and their professional development.

Furthermore, the stay is a good chance to stimulate further exchanges and to build up cooperation between higher education institutions and enterprises.

If you are staff member at higher education institution which holds Erasmus University Charter, we may organise the staff mobility for training at the University of Information Technology and Management in Rzeszów.

Each member interested in the Erasmus mobility should meet the following requirements:

  • agree dates of arrival and departure.
  • submit an Individual Work Plan (IWP) agreed by the UITM to your institution. The plan must consist of at least:
    1. overall aim and objectives,
    2. expected results from the training or learning activities to be carried out,
    3. an agenda of the mobility period.

All details must be agreed and accepted by three parties (staff member, UITM and partner university) before the arrival.
The Individual Work Plan (IWP), duly signed and stamped by university authorities,  should be faxed or e-mailed to Mrs Marta Sikorska – Rokita (Erasmus Programme Coordinator at UITM).
